You may have heard that we’ve got a 45 Day Keto Challenge coming up (starting October 8th, to be exact) and obviously we want you to join us! This challenge is awesome if you’re looking to shed a few pounds, gain energy and focus, reduce your sugar (natural or otherwise) intake, or just try something new. If you’re familiar with the Whole 30, or you’re just coming off of our recent Whole 30 Challenge, this is a great transition. It’s a little more restrictive, but can be a lot more rewarding.
One of the biggest questions about our challenge is, “What kind of stuff will I be eating? This seems restrictive, am I going to eat the same things every day?” Instead of going on and on (like you know I could do…), I’m just going to give you a sneak peak of the first three days of our Keto Challenge menu.
